  • Film (particularly the work of Juraj Jakubisko, Terry Gilliam, and the early works of Peter Weir), I regularly attend Film Festivals, such as the AFI Film Festival and RES Fest.
  • Music (particularly The Who, Camel, Donovan, Klaus Schultz, Vangelis, Drimbl Wedge and the Vegetation, and the Beatles).
  • Art; the reason I am here. There are far too many artists to begin to list them all, but let me roll out a list of several for a start: Albrecht Durer, John Wm. Waterhouse, Gustav Klimt, Ernst Fuchs, Kathe Kollwitz, Marquis von Bayros, Arthur Rackham, Peter Milton, Friedensreich Hundertwasser, Mike Kaluta, Roger Dean. This deserves many pages all on its own to include the many deserving artists that should be acknowledged.

  • Bike riding on Long Beach bike paths, and L.A. and San Gabriel River bike paths.
  • Visiting stone circles in England, notably Avebury and Castlerigg.
