This pre-visualization illustration for "Sinbad: Beyond the Veil of Mists" was rendered in Photoshop with over 20 layers. The use of numerous layers allowed each layer to be readily turned on and off, a capability which permitted the rapid viewing of numerous versions in the context of a single illustration file. I like to use this testing procedure when clients wish to choose a specific "look" by comparing a number of variations. A few of the separate layers are shown above the main picture.
